Former Detroit Lions quarterback Scott Mitchell remembers all of the personalities and options he had on the offensive side of the ball in the mid-to-late 90s: Brett Perriman, Herman Moore, and Johnnie Morton to name a few.

“The funniest thing I remember about Brett – he wouldn’t get in the huddle,” remembers Scott. “This is in a game. I go, ‘Brett, you’ve got to get in the huddle.’

“He said, ‘Why, you’re not going to throw me the ball anyway.’”
