Detroit Lions training camp Day 9 live updates

Pride of Detroit

After a day of walkthroughs, the Detroit Lions are back at it on Friday morning for another training camp practice. It’s unclear how high the intensity of practice will be—especially with a scrimmage at Ford Field on the schedule for tomorrow—but we’ll be back with more observations regardless today.

We’ll be tracking which players will be practicing after head coach Dan Campbell provided an injury update on Thursday. We’ll see if the offense is making any progress after another uninspiring performance on Wednesday. And we’ll be sure to give you any and all of the rookie progress reports you’ve been craving for the past couple of weeks.

Of course, you can follow along with all of our notes live. Again, practice is in front of a live audience of fans today, giving the media the opportunity to live tweet the entire session. If you’re on Twitter, both myself (@DetroitOnLion) and Erik Schlitt (@erikschlitt) will be on hand. If you’re not, just follow along with the Twitter list below as all the Lions media gives updates from Friday’s practice.

Practice is scheduled to start at 8:30 (no Campbell presser today).
