Report: Lions CB Emmanuel Moseley tears right ACL in first game back from left ACL tear

Lions cornerback Emmanuel Moseley has endured a dreadful two-year run. The Detroit defensive back reportedly suffered a torn ACL in his first game since returning from the same injury a year ago.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Moseley’s injury on Monday. The cornerback suffered a torn left ACL in Sunday’s game against the Panthers. It was the first time he stepped on the field since sustaining a left ACL tear in Week 5 last year.

Assuming Schefter’s report is accurate, it would mark the end of Moseley’s 2023 season.
