We all know that Detroit Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell is a very aggressive coach. The man loves to go for it on a fourth down. They’ve done it 22 times this year. Five of them were on Sunday alone.
Sometimes this guy is just crazy though. Sometimes Campbell will microwave a fork while holding the plugged in microwave outside in a rain storm with one arm while he smokes a pack of Marlboro Reds with the other. That’s what Campbell did Sunday when the Lions were well within field goal range on and 4th-and-2. Analytics will tell you all day that you need to kick a field goal there.
