Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell says he got punched by one of his players this week, and he loved it.

The Lions held former Pro Bowl center Frank Ragnow out of their Week 4 game against the Seattle Seahawks due to a partially torn pectoral. The hope was that, coupled with the team’s Week 5 bye, that would be enough time to get Ragnow healthy enough to play again.

Ragnow still wanted to play in Week 4, though. According to Campbell, Ragnow punched him against a wall at the team facility before the Seattle game to try to prove his readiness to play, and Campbell loved it.
