The Detroit Lions have a type. They like guys with grit and they like guys that love football. I’m talking about guys that live and breathe the game and spend all their time thinking about it. The Dan Campbell kind of guy. After watching Missouri edge rusher Darius Robinson talk at the NFL Combine, I came away thinking there was no guy that represented that more among the edge class.
Robinson spent about 25 minutes talking to media Wednesday and he talked about watching film, technique, things he’s learned about from coaches, things he wants to work on his game and elements he used against certain opponents. He just wowed everyone that was standing there with his deep knowledge of the game.
