The Detroit Lions have a lot to play for… but clinching a spot in the 2024 NFL postseason is no longer among them.
The Lions (12-1) locked up a spot in the playoffs after beating the Green Bay Packers (9-4) in a NFC North thriller on “Thursday Night Football.” Detroit head coach Dan Campbell lived up to his reputation as he rolled the dice late, and the Lions won 34-31.
Detroit has cracked the postseason in back-to-back years for the first time since 1995 with the win over the Packers. It was the Lions’ 11th consecutive victory and it maintained their top seeding in the NFC.

Even with a position secured in the “Big Dance,” Detroit will want to keep rolling. A first-round bye in the NFC by finishing as the No. 1 overall seed is in their sights.
While the Lions faithful will be pushing for that alongside their team, it’s still a perfect time to do that while showing your Detroit playoff swag.
