Bills cancel Thursday’s practice due to weather

The weather continues to be a factor for the Buffalo Bills. After playing a game in the aftermath of a snowstorm two weeks ago, the Bills’ Week 15 schedule has been altered a bit due to inclement weather.

The team announced they have cancel Thursday’s practice because of the weather and that the team is meeting virtually, a throwback to what became close to the standard during the 2020 season and the pandemic. Heading into one of the biggest games of the season, the Lions may have just gained a bit of an advantage as they’ll have an extra day of on-field preparations for Sunday.

Weather obviously won’t be a factor Sunday with the game being in Detroit and being indoors. For the record, the weather calls for showers and 40 degrees in Detroit at kickoff.

After this week, the Lions do have a chance to battle elements in their next two games. Maybe not so much San Francisco, but certainly in Week 16 in Chicago against the Bears. For now, the Lions will enjoy their clean elements and the slight upper hand they now currently have over the 10-3 Bills.
