Mitch of TheBottomLineView gives you his reasoning for why he believes the Detroit Lions in 2020 could be this years version of the 2019 San Francisco 49ers. After losing Matt Stafford for half the season in 2019 the Lions are picking number 3 in this years NFL Draft. If the Lions are able to take advantage of their draft position and free agency they could be the team to take the biggest leap in 2020. Matt Patricia’s 3rd season is a giant one in Detroit if he wants to continue to be the Lions Head Coach. Some of these similarities between Detroit and San Fran are creepy.
