The Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions face off in an NFL Week 1 game on Sunday, Sept. 11.

The Eagles are a 3.5-point favorite, according to Tipico Sportsbook.

Philadelphia is -200 on the money line in the game, which will be played at Ford Field in Detroit.

The Lions are +160.

The over/under for the game is set at 48.5 points.

NFL Week 1 odds:

The Eagles went 9-8 in the regular season in 2021. They lost in the NFC Wild Card round.

The Lions went 3-13-1 last season.
