Detroit Lions final OTA observations: Young players try to make impression

While the Detroit Lions were initially supposed to have an open practice on Monday, a violation of offseason rules forced the team to forfeit that practice. That pushed the schedule back a day, and the Lions were back at it on Tuesday for the final OTA session of the offseason.
