Amon-Ra St. Brown shows off his interesting new ride

USA Today

Amon-Ra St. Brown can afford pretty much whatever he wants after being rewarded for his All-Pro work as a Lions wide receiver. He signed a huge new $120 million contract extension just before Detroit hosted the 2024 NFL Draft in April.

St. Brown used some of his newfound riches buying a Tesla Cybertruck.

The Cybertruck is a uniquely designed EV that has elicited an extremely polarizing reaction. Some folks love the futuristic wedge-like style, while others consider it a laughable eyesore.

St. Brown posted a picture of his new vehicle parked at the Lions training facility on his Instagram story, which got captured by several intrepid internet sleuths.

St. Brown is extremely proud of his new ride.

“I got the Cybertruck like three weeks ago. I pre-ordered it about three-and-a-half years ago,” St. Brown said after Friday’s practice. “So, I’ve been waiting for a pretty long time, but got it three weeks ago. It’s amazing, I love it.”

He continued,

“It’s my first, I don’t really drive trucks, but it’s my first truck, but I love it. It looks different. It’s unlike any other car on the street right now, so put me in, and I love it.”
