Report: Detroit Lions waiving CB Steven Gilmore

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, the Detroit Lions are waiving cornerback Steven Gilmore. The move comes after Gilmore spent a year on the Lions’ roster as an undrafted rookie last year. He would make only three game appearances, but Detroit was hopeful he would develop into a contributor later in his career.
