The NFL has another great slate of games in Week 15, making opportunities for plenty of intriguing bets. Same-game parlays tie together betting on a team’s moneyline or over-under point total, plus one or more prop bets. If you hit on all bets in your parlay, it makes for a very nice payout.

Here is our best NFL same-game parlay for the Detroit Lions vs. Buffalo Bills matchup.

*Odds subject to change

  • Bills moneyline
This is the game of the week and a potential Super Bowl LIX preview. The Bills are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Los Angeles Rams, but still scored 42 points. The 44 points that they surrendered was very uncharacteristic and is by far the most points they’ve allowed this season. Buffalo is hungry to win as it tries to stay within striking distance of the Chiefs for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Lions have won 11 games in a row, but have had some close calls as of late – winning three of their last five games by just three points. The Bills will be Detroit’s biggest challenge to date, and the Lions could be due to slip up
  • Bills QB Josh Allen OVER 257.5 passing yards
Allen has eclipsed 257 passing yards in three of his last four games, including a 342-yard performance last week. It appears that tight end Dalton Kincaid and wide receiver Keon Coleman are set to return from injury for this matchup, which will give Allen a huge boost in the passing game. The Lions rank 23rd against the pass, and this game could easily turn into a shootout between two great offensive units playing in a dome.
  • Bills WR Khalil Shakir OVER 55.5 receiving yards
Shakir has been Allen’s go-to man this season, by far leading the team in targets with 81. Shakir is a versatile wide receiver who lines up all over the field and is a matchup nightmare with his speed. Last week he racked up 106 receiving yards and has recorded at least 56 in five of his last seven games. Even if Kincaid and Coleman return this week, it could take them some time to knock the rust off, and Shakir is in a great groove with Allen.
