Jets inching closer to hiring Lions’ DC Aaron Glenn as their next Head Coach

The Detroit Lions’ loss to the Washington Commanders in the Divisional Round was celebrated by the latter’s fanbase and the front office of the New York Jets. The team has been on the lookout for its next Head Coaching candidate after a tumultuous season filled with a few ups and a lot of downs.

The Jets have been eyeing Detroit’s defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn as a viable candidate to lead the team. His work with the Lions’ has been phenomenal and had it not been for the injury-plagued season of their defense, Detroit would probably still be in the playoffs.
